This licence is only for business users with a registered Unique Entity Number (UEN).
Application Details
Businesses offering general cleaning services at premises or any public places will need to be licensed. Applicants should not provide cleaning services until the licence is granted.

- Where can I get more information about this licence?
Only cleaning businesses applying for renewal will need to submit proof of a cleaning contract. New applicants are not required to do so, and may apply with the details of a suitably-trained or experienced employee. No, you may apply with the details of a suitably-trained or experienced employee. Please refer to the details of the required training and experience on the NEA website. - How will I receive updates on my licence? / Will NEA send me a reminder to renew my licence?
For updates relating to licensing matters, applicant will receive SMS and email based on the contact number and email address provided under "Application Particulars" in the last approved application. If you need to update your contact details, please submit an AMEND application.

Documents Needed
To fulfil training requirement:
- Cleaners' Training Records (LOA)
Please upload the Letter of Attainment (LOA) or Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the Approved Training Organisation of cleaners who were recently trained in the last one month or the supervisor who is trained in the 2 supervisory modules.
To fulfil track records requirement for applicants with a cleaning contract:
- Information on Contracts
Cleaning Contract on-going OR completed in the 12 months preceding the licence application, with the contract start and end dates clearly stated. - Latest 3 Months Invoices
Latest 3 Months Invoices to be submitted if there is no contract end date
To fulfil track records requirement for applicants with no cleaning contract:
- Employment Contract or Key Employment Terms (Non-Director)
Employment Contract or Key Employment Terms - Proof of Supervisory Experience
Documents to prove that employee has no less than 2 years of practical experience in supervising cleaning work. Examples of documentary proof include past employment contract(s), testimonial(s) from past employer, etc. - Other Supporting Document(s)
