This licence is only for business users with a registered Unique Entity Number (UEN).
Application Details
Businesses offering general cleaning services at premises or any public places will need to be licensed. Applicants should not provide cleaning services until the licence is granted. Under the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, it is an offence to carry on a cleaning business without a valid licence, including supplying cleaners to other cleaning businesses.

- Where can I get more information about this licence?
Only cleaning businesses applying for renewal will need to submit proof of a cleaning contract. New applicants are not required to do so, and may apply with the details of a suitably-trained or experienced employee. No, you may apply with the details of a suitably-trained or experienced employee. Please refer to the details of the required training and experience on the NEA website. - How will I receive updates on my licence? / Will NEA send me a reminder to renew my licence?
For updates relating to licensing matters, applicant will receive SMS and email based on the contact number and email address provided under "Application Particulars" in the last approved application. If you need to update your contact details, please submit an AMEND application.
