This licence is only for business users with a registered Unique Entity Number (UEN).
Application Details
A licence is required to use explosives for fireworks display. For each fireworks display event, you will need to submit a notification to the Authorised Officer under the DFA.
This application is for the exempt company to submit the notification of the fireworks event to the Authorised Officer.
Documents Needed
- Engagement Letter from the Organiser of the Event
- Letter of no objection from venue owner
- Approval Letters from CAAS, RSAF, PUB and/or any relavent government agencies where applicable
- Site Map and fireworks set up plan
- Safety Assessment
- Any other relavent documents to support the application
