This licence is only for business users with a registered Unique Entity Number (UEN).

Application Details

Any person, company or organization that intends to update their existing Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) licence to make changes to the existing main / alternate CWC licence contact applicants.

Documents Needed

Letter of Authorization (with company letter head) authorizing the new main and / or alternate CWC licence applicants to handle matters relating to the CWC licence
