This licence is only for business users with a registered Unique Entity Number (UEN).
Application Details
For leasing telecommunication network elements from any Facilities-Based Operator (FBO) licensed by the Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) so as to provide their own telecommunication services or to resell the telecommunication services of FBOs or Services-Based Operators (SBOs) to third parties.

Fee
All SBO (Individual) licences are valid for 5 years and renewal on a 5-yearly basis.
If you are only offering live audiotex services, you will need to pay a licence fee of $200 every 5 years.
If you are offering services other than audiotex services, the annual licence payable is based on your audited Annual Gross Turnover (AGTO).
