Accessing SDL e-Services on GoBusiness Dashboard:

If you get an authorisation error after logging in (“You do not have a valid account or you are not authorised to access Corppass”):

Check with your Corppass admin about granting access to MTI ‘GoBusiness Portal’ for your Corppass account.

e-Service	Description
SDL Calculator	Compute SDL amount payable with an online calculator. No login required.
View Payment History and Notifications	View SDL payment history, or retrieve and download SDL notification letters. Login to GoBusiness Dashboard required.
Submit SDL Payment & Declaration via GoBusiness Dashboard	Make payment for past outstanding SDL or make payment if you only have Foreign Employees and do not pay SDL via CPFB. For employers who have been making monthly payments for your local and foreign employers to CPFB, please continue to do so.
Lodge Notice of Objection (NOO) for SDL	Submit an objection if your calculated SDL payable differs from the amount stated in the SDL Notice of Assessment (NOA). Login to GoBusiness Dashboard required.
Request Refund of Overpaid SDL	Submit refund request for overpayment of SDL. Login to GoBusiness Dashboard required.
Submit Monthly SDL Payment with CPF Contributions	Pay SDL together with your employees’ monthly CPF contributions via CPF EZPay. Login to CPF required.

How to Update Company Contact Person(s)	Instructions for writing in to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to update company contact person(s).
Declaration Form for Payroll Records (.xlxs, 429 KB)	Include this Declaration Form in your SDL Payment & Declaration application if: Your computation based on your payroll records differs from SSG records for any of the relevant months; or Your most recent months' wage data from Government’s records are still unavailable for SSG to derive your SDL payable.
Notice of Objection (NOO) Template (.xlsx, 428 KB)	Include this template in your Notice of Objection (NOO) for SDL application if: Your computation based on your payroll records differs from SSG records in the SDL Notice of Assessment (NOA) for any of the relevant months.
