Which Liquor Licence class types can I apply for in GoBusiness Licensing Guided Journey?
You can apply for Liquor Licence Class 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B. Liqour Licence Class 4 and Temporary Liquor Licence (Class 5) can be applied in the Self-Service Journey feature here.
Who can be an applicant?
If you have just updated ACRA for any changes related to your company’s name or staff listing, please allow for at least a day before you submit any application on GoBusiness Licensing with relation to these changes. This waiting time is required to get the updates synced for GoBusiness system verification.

1. Entity Type: Limited Liability Partnership

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must be having position:
- PARTNER
2. Entity Type: Company

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must be having one of the following position:
- MANAGING DIRECTOR
- DIRECTOR
- CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
3. Entity Type: Business (Sole Proprietor/Partnership)

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must be having one of the following position:
- OWNER
- AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
4. Entity Type: LP

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must be having one of the following position:
- GENERAL PARTNER
- LIMITED PARTNER
