Account Access

• How do I log in to GoBusiness?

  Step 1: Click on the Log In button at the top right hand corner of the screen.

  Step 2: Log in as an Individual User or Business User.

  Step 3: Sign in with your Singpass account to access the GoBusiness Dashboard.

• Can I use GoBusiness Dashboard if I do not have a Singpass account?

  No, you need a Singpass account to log in to your GoBusiness Dashboard. You can apply for a Singpass account on Singpass’ website.

• Should I log in as an Individual User or Business User?

  Log in as an Individual User if you are:

  • registering a new company/entity

  • trading under your NRIC registered name

  • trading under an entity without a registered UEN

  • applying for a Corppass Admin account

  Log in as a Business User if you are trading on behalf of a UEN-registered company.

• Why can't I log in as a Business User?

  To log in as a Business User, your company’s Corppass Administrator or Sub-Administrator will need to assign your digital service access to GoBusiness. You can find out how to do that on the Corppass website.

  Please note that from 11 April 2021, you will be required to log in to government digital services for businesses using Singpass instead of Corppass. For more information, visit go.gov.sg/corporate-login. “

• How do I log out?

  Click on the icon at the top right corner of your screen and select “Log Out”. Do note that you will be automatically logged out after 20 minutes of inactivity.

• Why did I get logged out of GoBusiness?

  For security reasons, the system automatically logs you out if you are inactive for 20 minutes.

Find new licences

• How do I find the licence I want?

  You can find it in the Licences section of our website.

  If you know which government agency the licence is from, you can browse this list of licences grouped by agency. If you’re not sure which licences you need, our e-Advisers can guide you with a simple questionnaire.

• I'm not sure which licences my business needs. How do I get started?

  You can make use of our e-Advisers for Licences to guide you through by answering a questionnaire.

  If your business is in the food & beverage industry, you can also use our Guided Journey feature for step-by-step guidance to find out the licences you need, and apply for them.

• I'm not sure how to use the Guided Journey feature. How do I begin?

  Step 1: Choose either the Starting a Business or Food Service Guided Journey.

  Step 2: Log in via your Singpass account.

  Step 3: Fill in the form.

  Step 4: Submit form to get personalised recommendations for next steps.

  Step 5: Click on Continue to save the recommendations to your GoBusiness Dashboard.

• I'm familiar with the licensing process. Is there an option to do it on my own, without going through the step-by-step guide?

  Yes, you can select and apply for the licences you want from this list of licences or directly through GoBusiness Dashboard.

Find existing licences

• How do I find my existing approved licences?

  After logging in to GoBusiness Dashboard, click on My Licences.

• Why is my licence not shown on my GoBusiness Dashboard?

  Only approved licences are found on your GoBusiness Dashboard. Drafts, rejected applications and application transaction history cannot be found here.

• I've tried but I still can't find my licence. What should I do?

  If you need help, please contact us.

• How can i download my licence?

  For licences applied through GoBusiness Licensing, the licence will be sent to your registered email address.

  For licences applied through GoBusiness, you can download certain licences at My Licences within one business day upon approval.”

• Why can't I download my licence from the GoBusiness Dashboard?

  It can take up to 1 business day after approval, for your licence to be available for download on the GoBusiness Dashboard.
